This policy explains how Mastersel uses cookies and similar technologies, what they do, and how you can control them.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, remember your preferences, and provide information to site owners.

Cookies may be "session" cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" cookies (remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them). They can be set by the website you visit ("first-party cookies") or by third-party services embedded on the page.

In addition to cookies, we may use similar technologies such as local storage, session storage, and pixel tags for the same purposes described in this policy.

With your advertising consent, we use LinkedIn conversion tracking after a successful registration. It measures registration conversions from advertising. It does not run on the registration form, and we do not send your email, company, password or bank details to LinkedIn. You can change your choice using Cookie settings on /join. With advertising consent, the LinkedIn base tag also measures visits to our public pages and registration steps. It does not mark a visit as a registration or connected store. With advertising consent, Meta Pixel measures public page visits, successful registrations and confirmed calls booked through the calendar embedded on this website. It also records registration starts, calendar opens and video starts as separate events, not leads. We do not send your form values or enable automatic advanced matching. You can stop future tracking through Cookie settings. LinkedIn also measures confirmed calls booked through the calendar embedded on this website, with advertising consent. Opening the calendar is not a lead. With advertising consent, the OpenAI measurement pixel measures public page visits, successful registrations and confirmed calls booked through the calendar embedded on this website, so we can see results from ChatGPT advertising. It runs in a separate page that cannot read our forms, and it sets the __oppref (30 days) and __obref (1 year) cookies. We do not send your form values. You can stop future tracking through Cookie settings.

3. Essential cookies

These cookies are strictly necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They are usually set in response to actions you take, such as logging in, setting preferences, or filling in forms.

4. Analytics cookies

Analytics helps us understand visits, clicks and signup steps. Before you make a choice, we measure visits only without cookies. Cookies and full analytics start only if you choose Accept all.

We use Google Analytics and PostHog (EU region). PostHog provides heatmaps, session recordings and conversion funnels. Registration steps can be replayed with all entered values and personal summaries masked. Agreement contents, chat contents, other forms and embedded booking frames are excluded from recordings. With analytics consent, we save your email address to your PostHog profile when you continue past the account step, and your company name and contact phone number when you continue past company details, even if you do not finish registration. This helps us understand registration progress. Passwords, bank details and chat messages are not sent to PostHog. You can stop future collection through Cookie preferences in the footer. We also use the referring website’s domain to understand where visits come from; we do not send its page path or query parameters. With consent, we also measure page loading, responsiveness and layout stability, record redacted uncaught errors, and count email, phone and booking-link clicks. Error messages and contact-link contents are not sent.

Before you make a choice, nothing is stored on your device. Google Analytics counts visits without cookies, and PostHog connects the pages of one visit using a code made from your IP address and browser. The code changes every day and does not reveal your IP address. After Accept all, PostHog keeps your analytics identifier in local storage (ph_*) instead of a cookie. If you choose Essential only, analytics stops and only your choice is remembered. Analytics data is sent through mastersel.com to PostHog (EU region).

5. Functional cookies

Functional cookies enable enhanced features and personalization, such as remembering your language preference or region. If you do not allow these cookies, some features may not work properly.
