Mastersel lists and sells your products on international marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Allegro, eMAG, Pigu.lt, Varle.lt, and more) under the Mastersel brand. You manage your catalog and ship orders — Mastersel handles marketplace accounts, logistics, customs, customer service, and product translation.

Yes, completely free. No commissions, subscription fees, logistics costs, or hidden charges. Mastersel earns revenue by adding a small markup to the marketplace price — you always receive 100% of your base product price.

After creating your free account at app.mastersel.com, install our plugin for your e-commerce platform (WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop) or provide an XML product feed URL. Products are imported and synchronized automatically.

No. All marketplace listings are managed under the Mastersel brand. You don't need your own Amazon, eBay, Allegro, or any other marketplace account — Mastersel handles all of that.

Orders must be confirmed or rejected within 4 business hours. Check your dashboard at least every few hours during business hours to ensure timely order processing.

Products are activated automatically when they have all required data: a valid EAN barcode, product weight (or category-level default weight), a mapped category, at least one image, and a price. No manual activation step is needed.

Revenue and payout information is available in the Balance section of your dashboard. Since Mastersel is your direct buyer, payouts are made directly to you based on completed orders (finalized 14 days after delivery).

Mastersel manages the entire return process — customer communication, receiving the item, condition inspection, and inventory handling. Returned items are grouped and periodically shipped back to you. Returns may also happen when a buyer doesn't collect the parcel from the pickup point.

Currently Amazon (DE, FR, IT, ES, PL, SE, NL, BE), eBay, Allegro, eMAG (Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary), Pigu.lt, and Varle.lt — with more marketplaces being added as the platform expands.

Price rules let you adjust your base price before marketplace listing. You can set discounts per category or globally, with optional date ranges for promotions. When multiple rules apply, the rule with the highest priority number wins. Rules at the same priority level are summed together.

No. Mastersel handles all customer communication, including pre-sale questions, order inquiries, return requests, and after-sales support. You never interact with marketplace customers directly.

Each product needs: a valid EAN barcode, product weight, at least one high-quality image, a clear product title, a price, and a mapped category. Products missing any of these fields cannot be activated for marketplace distribution.
